Pelvic Organ Prolapse: You Have More Options Than You've Been Told
Being diagnosed with pelvic organ prolapse can feel overwhelming. But a diagnosis does not mean you're destined for long-term symptoms or surgery. In many cases, relief is completely achievable without surgery — and symptoms can often be improved. We specialize in prolapse and pessary management for women who are frustrated with the pressure and don't feel comfortable choosing surgery as a first step.
What Is Prolapse & Pessary Care?
Our prolapse and pessary management program is specialized pelvic floor therapy designed to support women experiencing pelvic organ prolapse, pressure, heaviness, or discomfort. Prolapse occurs when the pelvic floor muscles and tissues no longer fully support the bladder, uterus, or rectum, often creating feelings of pressure or bulging.
Care focuses on improving pelvic floor support, breathing and pressure management, strengthening, movement education, and pessary support — tailored to your body, your history, and your life. As one of the first practices in the country to offer pessary management, we bring the expertise to get it right.

• Hormonal changes from menopause or cancer treatment
• Chronic constipation
• Chronic respiratory conditions
• Hypermobility or connective-tissue disorders
• Prior pelvic surgery
