Breastfeeding Shouldn't Hurt-and When It Does, We Can Help
Clogged ducts, breast pain, and mastitis are exhausting and painful, especially with a newborn to care for. Our comprehensive hands-on program brings real relief so you can focus on your baby, not the discomfort.
Feeding your baby is demanding, but does not need to be painful?
Lactation support at Breathe Life is specialized, hands-on physical therapy for the breast and surrounding tissues during breastfeeding and pumping. We use therapeutic ultrasound and lymphatic massage designed to relieve breast pain, promote milk flow, and support successful breastfeeding and pumping. Together, these techniques reduce the tension, inflammation, and congestion behind clogged ducts, breast pain, and mastitis.
Rather than leaving you to manage on your own, we provide a full healing plan — easing pain, improving milk flow, reducing inflammation, and supporting better feeding outcomes. Led by Dr. Amanda and Lisa, this care meets you at one of the most tender, demanding seasons of motherhood.

WHAT TO EXPECT
A Simple, Supportive Path Toward Feeling Better
Starting care can feel overwhelming — but from day one, you'll feel listened to, understood, and supported. Through one-on-one guidance and care built around your whole story, we help you find relief, rebuild strength, and feel like yourself again.
1. We Start With Your Whole Story
We take the time to truly listen — to your symptoms, your history, your goals, and the seasons that brought you here. Because your pelvic health is impacted throughout your whole life, not just today.
2. We Build a Plan Around You
Your plan is tailored to your body and your needs, using hands-on therapy, movement, education, and real options — not a one-size-fits-all protocol. We move at your body's pace, with honest guidance every step.
3. We Walk It With You
Our goal is to help you move comfortably, restore confidence, and get back to living full. We don't stop at “kinda fine” — we stay with you, adapt as your life changes, and keep the door always open for when the next season of life changes
