Menopause & Perimenopause: Support for Your Changing Body
Perimenopause and menopause bring real changes to your pelvic health — and you don't have to navigate them by guessing. We help you understand what's happening and stay comfortable, strong, and confident through this season and beyond.
WHAT IS PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY FOR MENOPAUSE?
As estrogen declines, the tissues, muscles, and support systems of the pelvic floor change — which can bring new leaking, dryness, discomfort, or pressure, even if you've never experienced them before. Pelvic floor therapy helps your body adapt and stay resilient.
We address these changes directly and work alongside your medical care, helping you stay active and strong. This is also a season when prior concerns — an old birth injury, years of adapting — can resurface, which is exactly why we look at your whole story.
