All women who are 18 + and walking anywhere along the path of womanhood are invited to join. This series aims to reconnect women with their bodies, supporting the physical, mental, and emotional fluctuations they experience.
PILATES for PELVIC HEALTH
Movement heals and continual movement helps the body thrive. Pilates classes are available in revolving 6 week sessions to create consistency and focus on healing.
Benefits of Pilates at Breathe Life:
Sessions are duet based- only two Pilates movers in each class with similar pelvic health conditions
Semi-private Pilates for Breathe Life PT clients only. Continue your care beyond your treatment sessions
Pilates on the reformer will work on many birds with one stone- breathing, core strengthening, stretching, moves that make you want to get your groove back
Make movement fun again while you build community and laugh with other women who are understand where you are on your postpartum, prenatal or womanhood journey
MOVEMENT FOR POSTPARTUM HEALING
Postpartum yoga and movement is a restorative practice designed to help new mother's recover physically, mentally and emotionally.
Flow & Function for Postpartum Healing
Breathe Life PT welcomes new momma's who are at least 6 weeks postpartum after vaginal birth and 8 weeks postpartum after c-section (with doctors clearance) up to 2 years postpartum to join our newest workshop opportunity to explore foundational holistic practices like:
Pelvic floor and core stability to re-strengthen the body and reduce leakage
Breathework to ease prolapse pressure and feelings of heaviness
Yoga/Qigong for muscle recovery through stretch and release
Yoga Nidra will also be incorporated to focus on relaxation, energy levels and mindfulness
